- Ruby red with light garnet reflections, withered flowers on the nose, black berry fruits, sweet spices, tobacco. Soft on the palate, silky tannins, elegant, persistent.
- Try it with braised beef, stewed wild boar or game; or simply enjoy it as a meditation wine.
