- Ruby red with light garnet reflections, on the nose dried flowers, fruit in alcohol, spicy, licorice. In the mouth soft, slightly tannic, satisfying, persistent
- Try it with aged cheeses or a juicy Florentine steak. It could surprise the most demanding palates if paired with a classic coda alla vaccinara or a Sicilian caponata enriched with dark chocolate flakes.
