- Ruby red with light garnet reflections, red rose, blackberry, spices, mineral on the nose. Soft, enveloping, pleasantly tannic and balanced on the palate
- Try it with a platter of cured meats and medium-aged cheeses, or with pappardelle with ragù. Also with a falso magro with traditional Sicilian sauce or with roast lamb accompanied by rosemary potatoes
