- Ruby red, pink nose, cherry, herbaceous finish. Soft in the mouth, balanced, quite tannic, savoury.
- Try it with an eggplant parmigiana, with medium-aged cheeses or with a pork grill. It could surprise with a risotto with porcini mushrooms from Etna garnished with crispy bacon from Nebrodi black pigs.
